I had a surprising stay at this hostel while exploring the Canadian Rockies. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main town, and the communal areas were well-equipped and modern. However, the room temperature was uncomfortable at times, and sharing the bathrooms with several other guests was a bit challenging, especially during peak hours.
I recently had a wonderful experience at the Chateau Jasper during a family ski trip. The hotel offered an exceptional deal with discounts that made our stay very affordable. The rooms were spacious and equipped with necessary amenities, and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. The location was convenient for skiing, although a bit away from the main action in town. The dining options exceeded my expectations, although we did have a minor hiccup with availability at times.
I had a decent stay at the hostel. The communal spaces were nice and open, and it was just a short walk to town. While the train noise was manageable with earplugs, the room felt a bit cramped and pricey at nearly 400 Canadian dollars for a night. Overall, it was fine, but I expected a bit more for the cost.
This hostel offers a great experience with its modern and clean facilities just a short walk from the town center. The shared kitchen and lounging areas are fantastic, but be prepared for some noise from the nearby train if you're a light sleeper. The room temperature can get a bit uncomfortable, making it tricky to find the right sleep setting. Overall, it's a solid option for value and comfort.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The hostel is fairly new, well-located just a five-minute walk from downtown, and offers a variety of clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast options were nice as well. However, the parking situation was a downside since it fills up quickly, and the noise from the railway and ventilation made it hard to sleep.
